Golden Hour Pure, unprocessed, raw honey Nestled in the countryside of Alachua and Live Oak, FL, Golden Hour beekeeping operation consists of about 40 hives - providing us with raw honey that remains unadulterated and pure. Jeffrey Baptist, the owner and beekeeper of ‘Golden Hour Honey’ has over a decade of experience in maintaining hives holistically, without the use of chemicals, resulting in delicious and nutritious honey. His goal is to remain small and continue in an emphasis on quality and bee friendly practices, and to share with the community the unique harvests that each season brings. ‘Gallberry’ and ‘Wildflower’ are his two most common varieties, which can currently be found at several farmers markets in the Jacksonville area.
