No shortcuts. No secrets. Just straight answers.

Quality You Can Trust

Is your beef really 100% grass-fed AND grass-finished?

Yes. Every animal lives on open pasture their entire life across our Florida farm and trusted partner farms in Georgia. No grain. No feedlot at the end. Grass-fed AND grass-finished, start to finish, no exceptions.

Are there hormones or antibiotics in your beef?

Never. No synthetic growth hormones, no antibiotics, no mRNA. Our cattle grow at their own pace on their own timeline. Always have, always will.

What does USDA-inspected mean?

It means our beef meets federal inspection standards for safety and quality. Every order ships with that assurance behind it.

Do you use pesticides or herbicides on your pastures?

No pesticides, no herbicides, no corn, no soy, no GMOs. Clean land raises clean cattle. That's the foundation of everything we do.

Where do you ship?

We ship across Florida and Georgia. We also sell at farmers markets in Jacksonville every week at Murray Hill, St. Augustine, and Atlantic Beach.

What's the difference between a bundle and a share?

A bundle is a curated selection of cuts perfect for trying us out or stocking up on variety. A share is a bulk order, quarter, half, or whole, that fills your freezer for months at a time. Shares are processed to order so plan for a 30 to 45 day turnaround. Good things take time and trust us, it's worth the wait.

How it Works

Clover Farm Fans

Meet Kyle, Rancher

Meet Kyle. Your Bearded Cattle Farmer.

I'm a former corporate guy who ended up knee-deep in pasture life right here in Jacksonville and honestly couldn't be happier about it.

I started Clover Farms because I believe there's a better way to raise cattle and a better way to feed people. I'm out here every day — checking on the herd, moving cattle to fresh pasture, picking up eggs on Fridays, packing orders on Thursdays.

Our beef comes straight from our fields and from trusted partner farms across Florida and Georgia who share the same commitment to doing things right.

This isn't just a business. It's personal.
