Nestled in the countryside of Alachua and Live Oak, FL, Golden Hour beekeeping operation consists of about 40 hives - providing us with raw honey that remains unadulterated and pure. Jeffrey Baptist, the owner and beekeeper of ‘Golden Hour Honey’ has over a decade of experience in maintaining hives holistically, without the use of chemicals, resulting in delicious and nutritious honey. His goal is to remain small and continue in an emphasis on quality and bee friendly practices, and to share with the community the unique harvests that each season brings. ‘Gallberry’ and ‘Wildflower’ are his two most common varieties, which can currently be found at several farmers markets in the Jacksonville area. Order Sunday though Wednesday 11:59pm to pick up the upcoming Sunday-Wednesday:

Atlantic Beach Farmers Market: Sundays 10am-2pm
Beaches: Mondays 1:30-4pm
Riverside: Mondays 1:30-4pm
San Marco: Mondays 1:30-4pm
Murray Hill Farmers Market: Wednesdays 5-8pm

Q: Is your beef 100% grass fed and grass finished?
A: Yes, all of our beef is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished. Never any grains.

Q: Do you ship your items frozen?

A: Yes, all of our beef is shipped or delivered to pick up locations frozen with dry ice.

Q: How should I store beef when I receive it?

A: To keep your beef at its best, store it in the freezer until you're ready to cook. For eggs, it's ideal to keep them in their original carton in the fridge, away from the door to avoid temperature fluctuations.

Our order week is Thursday to Wednesday at Midnight. Orders placed shipped out the following Tuesday. Your order will arrive within 2-3 days, shipped hard-frozen and carefully packed with dry ice to keep everything fresh. You’ll receive tracking updates once your package is on the way so you can plan for delivery.
