FAQ's

  • Are all your products 100% grass-fed and grass-finished?
Yes, all of our beef is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished. Our cattle graze on nutrient-rich pastures their entire lives, ensuring the best flavor and highest nutritional value without shortcuts or grain supplements.
  • Is your Beef USDA certified?
Absolutely! Every cut of our beef is processed by a USDA-certified facility. That means a USDA inspector is right there on-site, making sure everything is handled with care—from cleanliness to proper processing—to keep our beef safe and top quality. It’s all about giving you peace of mind while enjoying the best, cleanest beef around.
  • Are your products organic?
While we’re not USDA Organic certified, our farming practices go beyond organic standards. We raise our animals on 100% grass-fed pastures and use regenerative farming techniques that improve the soil and ecosystem without relying on synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, or GMOs. It's all about doing what's best for the land, our animals, and providing you with the healthiest, most sustainable food possible!
  • Are Clover Farms products seasonal?
Nope, we’re lucky to farm in sunny Florida where we can offer our products year-round! Occasionally, some items may be out of stock, but it’s usually just temporary as we process the whole cow and replenish regularly. As for eggs, our chickens might slow down a bit in extreme heat or cold, but we still aim to keep those pasture-raised eggs coming as consistently as possible!
  • Do you sell a whole cow or half share?
Yes, we do! Purchasing a whole cow is a great way to stock your freezer with a variety of cuts at a better value. You’ll receive a mix of steaks, roasts, ground beef, and more, all from our 100% grass-fed, grass-finished cattle. We also sell half and quarter bundles. You can find the items on our website under Beef Shares on the shop. Depending on our inventory, Whole and half cows may take about 30 days to harvest.
  • Is shipping available?
Yes, to residents in Central and North Florida. There is a minimum of 2 business day handling time on all orders. We ship each Tuesday via 1-day FedEx Ground. We avoid shipping at the end of the week to avoid packages sitting in a shipping facility over the weekend.
  • How are your products packaged and shipped?
We take great care in packaging our products to maintain freshness and quality. Our beef is delivered frozen to ensure it arrives in perfect condition, while eggs and other goods are packed to keep them cool and protected. For local pickups, everything is ready for you to grab, and for deliveries, we ship in insulated containers to preserve freshness during transit.
  • How should I store my beef and eggs to maintain freshness?
To keep your beef at its best, store it in the freezer until you're ready to cook. For eggs, it's ideal to keep them in their original carton in the fridge, away from the door to avoid temperature fluctuations.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal on our website.
  • What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is our priority! While we can’t accept returns due to the perishable nature of meat, if there's any issue with your order, please reach out—we'll gladly replace or refund it to ensure you’re completely happy with your purchase.
  • Do you offer wholesale?
Yes, we offer wholesale eggs to restaurants throughout Jacksonville. We deliver each Monday! Send us a message to chat about your business needs.
